Organizations

Member chapters maintain their own approved costume catalogs. Each organization tracks members, assigns events, and manages its approved character lineup independently.

Costume Tracking

Members register costumes, track build progress, and hold approval status per character per organization. Retired and work-in-progress costumes are tracked alongside fully approved ones.

Events & Attendance

Coordinators schedule events and assign members with expected costume assignments. Attendance records preserve the history of every appearance at every venue.
